Provider Claims
If you are a licensed caregiver or facility administrator and want to claim your NPI-verified profile, start from your provider profile page and click Claim This Profile. If you run into any issues, email [email protected] with your NPI number and we’ll get you sorted.
Data Corrections
Provider data on VerifiedCare is sourced directly from federal government databases (NPPES, OIG LEIE, CMS). If you believe a profile contains an error, the primary correction must be made at the source agency. We update our records monthly from CMS and OIG bulk feeds. For urgent concerns, contact us and we’ll note the discrepancy in our system while the source correction processes.
